How to file India tax as NRI ?

11 February 2023 Filing tax for the first time as NRI , is there a guide to file income taxes ?

This is for FY 2021-22 No income.
The only reason I want to file is TDS deducted on my FDs by bank.

I know I am late , and have read that there may be late panelty. Since I dont have any income in India due to being out of country, could I still file my taxes without paying late fee?

11 February 2023 ITR filing for FY2021-22 was closed for filing as we crossed the due date 31-12-2022 with penalty. Try to file ITRU from April 1, 2023, if available online.
