Sir i am a member of icai. I want to apply for cop & start a proprietorship firm. Please tell me whether along with form no.6 do i need to send any other form ? In form 6 there is no reference of firm name ? Is there another forn for it ?

this kind of query shows how vigilent and aware the CAs are?? Although yu have passed CA yet it seems you have alot to learn. If you apply even a bit of mind you c an find it out yourself.
1. visit icai.org 2. go to members section 3. download forms for COP 4. Follow instruction in the form.
OPEN YOU EYES and MIND if you are not able to find ways to resolve your query what will you do for client. This is one of the reason why CAs are being treated like a commonly educated ppl.

You are here to guide and not to demotivate anyone. Rather i should ask you if any client does not know specific provision,then how would you treat him ? Do you ask him to open his EYES and MIND ? And for your information caclub is a medium to resolve the query. plz don't waste your time here for such queries.

1. Intension is not to demoralise but to make you realise the follish or silly question yu are asking. 2. i DO NOT expect my client to know. HAD HE BE KNOWING THE ANSWERE ther is no need of CA but you are CA not a laymen like client who says why should i pay service tas on CA fees? do you mean you can also ask same question since your client is asking? 3. Resolving a query yes, but there sud be a level or standard of the query. What if tomorrow someone ask you how much quantity of Rice one has to eat in a day?? how will entertain this sill question?
the query which a person can resolve with his own awareness or alertness or with the application of his mind yet he is asking, what will yu call him? even a CA final sutdent knows how to get COP. My Agony is you are asking such question in this open forum where one can see how intlligent now a days CAs are.
