31 December 2016 me and my friend are starting a new service based business of gardening.... what type of business should we incorporate ( partnership firm or LLP or a private limited company ) please.. please someone help.... also please give me some knowledge about taxation in this service... PLEASE HELP

31 December 2016 Partnership will be the right choice. Horticulture is exempted from income tax.
