in a saving account my friend deposits 1500000/-per year he got the notice from IT department for Non Filing of it returns for Ay 2013-2014, how to replay to it department what is the producer please help me

To be replied online through 'compliance' link of www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and the acknowledgement should be send to the ITO from whom you received the notice.
Then if Income tax return is not filed, file the return after seeking delay condonation from the concerned Commissioner of income tax.
