I want to enter in finance planning and commission or ministry of finance so for that what should i have to do make myself perfect for these post.

You have to appear for the Public service examinations, and become a civil servant in the IAS, IPS, IRS, IAAS, cadre etc. A post graduate degree in Economics from a good University/ Institute will help.
