22 November 2014 I dont want to change the registered office of a company with the same registered office(Bihar) want to have a new head office(Kolkata) .Kindly say the procedure for the same.??

22 November 2014 extra ordiantey general meeting for change of state of company and file with the roc

22 November 2014 is it necesary to intimate ROC for having a head office , if not then by passing a board resolution all mintues & papers can be kept at the head office.will it be sufficant??
