31 March 2018 Is gat registration is mandatory if a person has 50 lacs of exempt income and 1.5 lacs of rental income??

31 March 2018 If the rental income is taxable then GST registration will be mandatory. The law requires a person to take registration if the 'aggregate turnover' is more than 20 lakhs. 'Aggregate turnover' includes taxable as well as exempt supplies.
