Gst on sortex plant for cleaning of wheat

06 October 2017 our client have a sortex machine and do the job work of Wheat and methy seed cleaning and grading (quality and colour basis ) .

Is GST is applicable on that?

06 October 2017 As per my understanding, though you call it as job work, some labour work is involved in that and processing of cleaning and grading , hence it may come under a service and liable for GST @18%
