06 February 2018 i have gst no i am purchasing indsutrial shed the seller is charging gst on it will i get input credit of gst charged against on my sale which i will issue or not pl advice

07 February 2018 Here Industrial shed appears to be an immovable property, hence no GST can be charged and so no question on input tax credit.

07 February 2018 sir my item is taxable in gst rule 143 its written if taxable item u sale u will get input credit and if exempted then u will not get pl correct me if i am wrong
