18 August 2017 Assessee was paying Service Tax on receipt basis.he has raised invoice earlier with service tax, but received payment on 10 July. What will be applicable. Gst or service tax

18 August 2017 If the Service provided & invoice raised prior to 1st July 2017, service tax is applicable, irrespective of receipt of payment.
