26 July 2017 Dear Sir,
Our company in Delhi & Hired a depot in U.P. Rs.48400/- P.M.+18% IGST 8712=57112/- paid P.M., Land lord having GSTIN no. (Regd.under GST). Now i want to know that "How i can input Credit of Rs.8712/-"

26 July 2017 You can take ITC as per previous Service Tax based...

Its your input...
You have any IGST liability, You adjust IGST, Any balance you can adjust CGST after SGST...
