09 June 2017 one of my client made software and sale to customer. whether GST apply on it. If yes, then plz tell me the GST rate on sale of Software.

09 June 2017 Yes GST applies as a supply of service at the rate of 18%.

Because asseessee firstly manufactured software and then sold to customer.
