30 April 2016 Hi i want to know whether Gratuity is part of CTC or not, or fully paid by company & not to be included in CTC Breakup of Employees.

30 April 2016 Gratuity is part of salary, 15 days basic+Da salary last drawn for every completion year of service. Same will be spread to 12 Months for arrive monthly CTC SALARY.
