27 April 2015 I am direct entry student. My articleship completion date is 20th sept,2015. I have done my GMCS I within the prescribed time i.e within 1st year of articleship now my problem is I am appearing for ca final Nov 15 and I have not done GMCS II. I am not getting any batches for the same. Also I can't do Gmcs II in last 4 months because I will be on my exam leaves. Please let me know whether I can do GMCS after Nov i.e after exam and after completion of atricleship. Pl suggest I am in genuine problem.

30 April 2015 there's no other option available for me??? I am not saying that i dont want to do its just that i will do it later on..since now its high time for my exams also I am not getting leave from my office for gmcs my principal is saying that do gmcs in your eaxm leave now hows that possible???

30 April 2015 it is tough dear but all these situations are with everyone na...

I too had faced a lot of probs while doing my GMCS, even i had to went to other city just for this because not having batches...

Everyone have to do this...

Stil there are no penalty provisions given by icai for not doing these things timely.. yet suggestion is to join it

30 April 2015 Yaa.. I know but still i am facing lot of problems what to do??? Actually I called in the institute even they dont know the consequences..but one of them said institute wont issue certificate on passing the finals.other one said hall ticket for exams will not be issued.. No one is answering properly.

30 April 2015 i dont think that hall ticket wil b stopped... yes they can withheld marksheets or passing certificates dear...

try na that ur boss gives u time for this dear

30 April 2015 Even I will have to miss my classes for the same I am trapped and cannot afford doing GMCS at this point of time.
