11 May 2013 GMCS Leave is paid leaves. It is exempted leaves and doesn't counted as leaves as per ICAI.

24 May 2013 the link only clarifies about GMCS being a counted leave..Nothing is said about it being paid..
The followin link clears d same abt it being paid..I have got the payment on basis on the link..u can also call enquire wid e-sahayaata abt d same
