getting consent for transfer of articleship

01 February 2010 I want transfer of my articleship , please tell me that will I have to wait for institute's consent before getting 109 signed by the principal.. or can i send 109 along with documents and application ?

Is this choice of the student or institute has framed mandatory rules for getting previous consent of transfer ?
