free sample entry in sales invoice (Accounts)

 dear sir,
i have created a free sample ledger in my tally 9.0 a/cing software, and passes many entries in sales invoices. but now when i want to enter this ledger i.e., free sample in sales voucher in tally, the ledger is not appearing even it is showing in ledger list.
so, please help me.

 open the tally, press button ALA & select a/cing software, write the correct name as desired by you, after change the name press enter button continue & close the tally. again open the tally. u see the result, it would be correct as required by u.
