Can someone please confirm whether the ‘Field 7. of Sl. No. III. Financial Parameters – BS’ in Form No.AOC-4 includes the ‘Shares held by Foreign National’ i.e. Promoters’ Holding?

You need to fill up the 7th field only when the shares are held by foreign holding. i.e. if A Ltd is foreign company which is holding 51% or more in Indian company, then only you need to fill up this field.
