Form no.108 -Termination of Articleship !

18 April 2011 Hello experts!.
My querry is regarding Form No.108 regarding Termination of Articleship.

In page no.4 of Form No.108 it mentions about "personal details of articles" in that a column is there regarding 'commencement of articleship'.

My doubt is that I have done articleship in 3 firms, so the date of commencement of articleship in my case will be which date?

1)The date of Actual commencement of articleship with first firm which is 22.4.2008 or

2)The date of commencement of articleship in the 3rd firm -24.4.2009

Please reply which date to be mentiones because my xam is due in May'11. Wat should i do ?

18 April 2011 In ur case ur 2) option should b written. As ur earlier articlshp termination details r vth icai. So u need to gv latest articlshp commencment nd cmpltn details.

20 April 2011 Thank you sir for your timely response to my querry as i was really worried about it & you resolved it.
Sir one more q ill lik to ask you.
Sir i am also doing CS & will be appearing for CS-Professional in Dec'11.But i havent disclosed this fact to ICAI as i had done M.com from Mumbai university n submitted with ICAI form no.112 before CS exam. So i was little bit afraid to submit 112 again for CS.
is there any way that either ICAI/ICSI might come to know about doing both the course simultaneously without informing them respectively.
Wats ur view on this problem. pls answer me as sometimes i get nightmare that any 1 of above might come to know about it n i may have to face its consequences. Pls help sir!

20 April 2011 U shuldnt hv done that nw. Bt nw aftr cmpltn of c.a in campus intrvw u cannot show ur additnl qualifictn of c.s nd vl nt get advantage over others in grabbing job. So wht is the use of acquirng. U shuld hv done c.s aftr cmpltn of m.Com. If it comes to knwldg of icai then articlshp period during that course period vl b derecgnsid

21 April 2011 Thank you sir !
But my problem was at that tim my father was going to retired from his service n therfore he told me that once u r a CA n in employemnt u wont get tim for studies bcoz normaly after that, same process of marriage childreen ... etc starts in lif n 1 cannot get enough tim to work n study 2gether bcoz of family responsilbilty that is why i choose to do it.
My intention were not of any sort of guilt.

But in interview if i say them orally that( after showing them Result of cs n passing certifticate) im cs also then will it help me ny way?
