30 June 2015 ITR4 yet to be notified and excel utility yet to be released. So wait for ITR4 to get notified.

30 July 2015 UPDATE:

ITR3, ITR4, ITR5, ITR6, ITR7 has been notified by CBDT vide NOTIFICATION NO. 61/2015, Dated: July 29, 2015.
