Form for filing Incloem Tax return

23 July 2011 Suppose Mr. A is working in XYZ Pvt. Ltd. and receiving salary from there.

Apart from this he is also an owner of proprietorship concern, from there he has business income.

Kindly, suggest me what is the desired form to file income tax return.
