26 November 2012 I m filing Form 2 for LLP Incorporation Docs. Point no. 8 we need to enter 1. Total Number of Designated Partners and 2. Total number of Partners.

Does this 2. total number of partners include DP's?

26 November 2012 No since different columns have been provided for DPs and partners, the number of DPs and normal partners are to be entered separately in relevant column

27 November 2012 I have filed Form 2 with fees of Rs.5000 as my contribution is Rs. 50 lacs. Now to make LLP deed what denomination stamp paper do I require and does this Rs.5000 mean stamp duty paid or i have pay it again?

28 November 2012 No Rs. 5000/- which you paid was filing fees for Form 2. For purchasing stamp paper of appropriate value check the stamp duty rate in your state. it varies from state to state. Usually the stamp duty on partnership deed is the same on LLP deed.
