27 April 2015 Can we get form 16, without filing Q4 TDS returns.

In my case the company was closed in october. so please tell me, how to get form 16.

27 April 2015 View the deducted amount in your 26AS...that should be O.K.
Then you need not insist for form 16 for filing your return.
