but there is less possibility from my principle to sign this form. I have already completed my alticleship whether institute accept this form without sign of principle if not what is remedy

No remedy.....Henceforth be concerned about ICAI rules more meticulously. Do as I said and wait for the mercy of ICAI....else God bless.

you are MISREADING the ICAI provision, it seems...... It says, if the articled is doing any course along with articleship....... It does NOT make any difference between EXTERNAL and/or REGULAR course..... The provision is NOT for checking whether or not the course timing clashes with that of office timings...... It is more to understand what other course is being undertaken by the articled.....ok?

sir whether I should filled this form right now or wait till any queries receive from ICAI .
but I planing to do this procedure after my ca final exam which is in November 2016.
please sir tell me procedure ?
I am in now tense how should i convince my principle?
19 August 2016
You do not have to convince your principal... That opportunity is already forgone. Please Dont bring your Principal into this picture..... This is your own task.... do it by yourself..... Sooner the better......
19 August 2016
Principal signature is required for NORMAL cases. Please realise that yours is an ABNORMAL case...isnt it? ICAI has NOT made the forms for ABNORMAL cases...ok?. so you need to make an APPEAL/REQUEST to ICAI.....for that PRINCIPAL signature is not required....
19 August 2016
Make an APPEAL/request to ICAI stating that unknowingly you have done such and such thing...Request for further guidance of ICAI along with condone of delay. Also mention a reasonable assurance from your side not to make such an offence hence forth.....ICAI may consider your case favourably....
