Sir, I have not sent the form 108 within 30 days of my completion of articles. It has been 75 days till now.Now I have to send a DD of Rs 300 along with Condonation letter.The delay was beacause of me. My doubt is who should prepare Condonation letter? My pricipal or me? PLease answer.

If possible, ask you principal to put a remark on the same......"please consider the delay"
