I completed my articleship and had no excess leave but while filling my form 108 by mistake i wrote wrong information in "Details of work undertaken and Training received(Time spent in weeks)". Because of which as per my form 108 out of 1095 days i served for 910 days and have taken leave for 120 days but 65 days have not been accounted for (i.e. instead of writing 139 weeks served i wrote 130weeks served). Is there any way i can rectify the mistake. Please help. Urgent

you can write a letter to the same address on which u had sent your 108.. with explaning abt the said mistake and resiging that with your CA.... hope you wil get out of this trouble dear

Thank you. But shall I wait for institutes reply for my form and then submit a letter or I shall submit it before I receive anything from the institute?
