Dear Sir/ Madam
i am nilesh from indore. i forget to file income tax return for ay 2014-15. i that year i hv income from salary on which my owner already deducted tds and gave me form 16. but now i received notice from dept. on the basis of 26as .so what should i do ...what reply should i give to dept.
please suggest me.

As i think it is not a notice u/s 142, it is compliance query. you have to just submit the response regarding it. Date for AY 2014-15 has over, Last date was 31st March 2016. this time limit is applicable for paper and e-filing both. You should take the experts (Tax Consultant) advice for submitting the response.
