Sir As per para 6.8(a) FTP 2015-2020 permission for sale in DTA obtained from concerned Development Commissioner. Which includes over all 50% FOB value of Exports (previous years)
it it necessary to get DTA permission as per para 6.8(d)FTP for Rejects

DTA Permission ************** in the rejection of goods intimate to DC of authority then re-permission from the concerned authority then department issue the LOP again.
