02 February 2012 In which class should i take Forklift????Should be taken as plant since i use it in my Premise or should it be taken as Vehicle?????

02 February 2012 In my opinion, fork lift should be considered as a plant & machinery rather than motor vehicle as FORKLIFT as not covered under the motor vehicle act.
