First auditor roc filing under companies act 1956

04 March 2015 Plz reply urgently , a pvt company was incorporated on feb 2014 under companies act 1956 , no first auditor roc filing has been done so far , kindly let me know is it compulsory to file with roc ,first auditor appointment for companies incorporated under 1956

05 March 2015 Yes. You have to file first auditor appointment with ROC.

SRN of Form relating to appointment of auditors need to be mentioned when you are filing Financial Statement with ROC.
