i ask one que we are maintanc F.G Stock Register. and some matrial scrap in FG Stock so how can remove scrap matrial from FG Stock
pls tell me what is the process.

20 January 2013 it should be removed under intimation to your jurisdictional Superintend and you should pay duty payable on scrap of such product
