I have receive a Invoice against chemical supply E.duty12.5% and CST 2% , this invoice vendor charges Freight also Rs.45450.00 and service tax on it ST 3.3% on 45450/- and 3% ED & HCess total ST 1685/-.
So my query is that TDS Liability impose or Freight amt on not.
