28 November 2015 Pls tell me what should be singing date of Financial Statement of FY 2013-14 if it is prepared now. The date should be in year of 2014-15 or year of 2015-16?

Can u please tell me one more thing. it is that Can shareholder pay the share subscription money in cash? Meaning thereby can a company receive the shares amount in cash from shareholder. it is for each 50000-50000 for two shareholder
