Example : Mr X having Share in XYZ Pvt. Ltd. of 35250 Equity Share @ 10 Each.
So what the journal entry made in the books of Mr. X

but it is not consider at Mr. X Personal Ledger with Company
Example: If Mr X Apart from above Investment , Given some money
as a loan to company so its not affected to its sharing with company?
