01 November 2015 Can company file an ITR Return without paying tax.? Actualy company is not in position to pay tax amount?

01 November 2015 No, Not Possible you will not able to generate xml file without error without paying Tax. Earlier year we used to file as Tax payable. But Ay 2015-16 we have to pay tax before filing Tax Return.
