 CAN WE FILE INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2009-10, IF ASSESSABLE INCOME OF THAT YEAR IS BELOW EXEMPTION LIMIT
IF ANSWER IS YES, THAN WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

 The return for Financial Year 2009-10 could have been filed upto 31.03.2012.

Now the return has become time barred and CANNOT be filed.
