24 June 2016 Whether Form MGT-14 Is required to be filed for adoption of account(approval of financial statement) for financial year 2015-2016???????

25 June 2016 As per the MCA Notification dated 18 March 2015 , no need to file form MGT-14 for adoption of accounts
