21 October 2016 Dear Expert,

A Public Sector Bank Employee has received Arrears of Salary in F.Y. 2015-16.
He has filed Form 10 E with Employee Bank for Claiming Relief U/s 89(1) and bank has granted relief in Form 16.

Now Whether Form 10 E is also required to be submitted online with Income Tax Department or whether submitting it with Employee is enough.
