08 February 2016 Auditor has no responsibility to file any form, it is the responsibility of company to file ADT-1 once the auditor is appointmented.

08 February 2016 Company has to obtain auditor consent, same to be uploaded as mandatory attachment in ADT-1 by company along with board resolution.
