One of my company want's to get strike off.
I suggested the management about FTE

My question is
What is detail procedure of FTE
and steps involved in it?

13 April 2012 Hi,

Check whether the company has been inoperative for past one year.
There should not any secured loans or management disputes or listed one or vanishing.
The e-Form FTE accept only Share Capital in Liabilities Side and Profit and Loss A/c debit balance in Assets side. Affidavit, Indemnity are also required. Pl refer the notification for further details. https://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/Circular_36-2011_07jun2011.pdf
