How to ascertain fair market value of a property on 01/04/1981, if it was purchased before this date.

03 February 2012 The source are the registrar office, who shall normally have the municipal valuation of all the places as of that time. You could depend on such source document. Also senior lawyer would also normally have the municipal valuation books.
