Failure to take credit of Advance Tax payment

02 July 2016 In filing income tax return for A.Y. 2008-09, assessee failed to take credit of Advance Tax paid by it...and balance self assessment tax were paid accordingly...what is the remedy available to get refund of such Advance tax payment...
