Hello I have recieved an extension for 2 months of training period and i opted for industrial training in last 9 months of my articleship period. Where i can complete my extension period under industrial training or under CA Firm??
I have already completed with my articleship, however i have received extension for 2 months , now i want to know whether i can complete my extension in CA firm or industry?

well as per regulations this is how it is supposed to be. I believe you have been told to complete the remaining period with the company as you have not utilized the overall limit of 12 months for industrial training.
Regardless, before submitting the forms again, ensure that you first show the copy of the form the head of articles section in the regional ICAI office.

Sir i was doing research on this, then i found a checklist for form 104 on icai website this form is used when an industrial trainee has to join an industry, in that check list, there is a point which state that
""The period of registration as Industrial Trainee should not be less than nine months and more than twelve months including period of excess leave taken and the training can be during the last year of Practical Training.""
Sir can u interprete" including period of excess leave taken" in context with "not be less than nine months" Thanks in advance!!
