Hello,
I am creating website for USA film industry, and receiving monthly 1 lakh ruppees through Peppal. kindly advice do I need to take pay any indirect tax such as export duty/service tax, as I am exporting the services.

As you are not exporting any goods no export duty applicable and as you are rendering service out side taxable territory no service tax payable.
