QUERY:is vat is aplicabale or service tax is applicable on renting of computers?
please give link or book reference it is very important.

25 August 2011 1) VAT is applicable in almost all states under'right to use of assets' being treated as deemed sales.
2)Service tax is also applicable under 'supply of tangible goods service'.
