Dear expert,
I have become ca and cs in 2011 and I joined a reputed bank. The profile in bank is more or less of sales profile and I am not very comfortable in sales role. Now I wish to change my line but not getting any job. Main reason being my1.5 yrs exp of a bank. Because of this I am not counted as a fresher nor experienced bcoz my experience is irrelevant.
Is it this difficult to switch from one zone to other. Once I have chosen a wrong path so can i never find the correct job for me?
Pls can anybody help and guide me suitably.

Hi,
I have passed my CA-Inter in 2011 with all india rank. But somehow i am not able to crack CA-Final in one go.This may was my 2nd attempt of CA-Final. In the meanwhile,i have got admission in national institute of financial management in Post graduate Diploma in financial markets in collaboration with NSE. Its a govt.of India college approved by the ministry of finance and this 1yr course is approved by AICTE. However this is bit expensive,say round about 5lac. I want to make my career as equity research analyst/investment banker.Though the global banks wont hire me even after this course but i know something or the other is required to get into this field as CA itself is not sufficient and i dont want to pursue any distance learning course like CA,say CFA for the time being. I am hopeful that i will be CA when the results will declare this july. Can any1 provide with the guidance that should i join this course or not.Please share your views if you have heard of this course

Hi,
I completed CWA Inter,Pursuing CA IPCC. I got job in BPO Industry (General Ledger). Will it be good for my professional career?
I am willing to work in industry which should give good experience to further development after am being qualified.
Is BPO industry is good for above mentioned requirement.?

Hi All,
I have qualified CA last year and have shifted to U.S.A recently on a H4 visa, (which means as a dependent)after marriage with my husband. I wish to know what kind of work i can take up here , other than going for a CPA course!
Please guide me, about the avenues available here!

Dear All Members,
I am a CA(Fresher). I am looking for opportunities in a Mid size CA firm in Mumbai. I have cleared CA in 1st attempt.
Problem is I am not getting any calls from CA Firms. I registered myself on all the job websites. My major exposure is in audit only and no taxation. But now post qualification, I want to specialise in Taxation Only. CA Firm's reject me for n0t having any experience.
Can any one suggest CA Firms which give me exposure in tax???
