03 August 2015 Long term capital gain on sale of unlisted shares can be exempted if proceeds from sale of share is use for repayment of housing loan???

But i have one more quarry is that, can Long term capital gain is get exempted by repayment of housing loan instead of purchase of new residencial house or constructs any residencial house within one year of capital gain arises.
