good afternoon
a firm running ac restaurant has obtained gst number but its sale is not going to cross 20 lakhs, whether gst is to be charged by it?

If registration is obtained then GST has to be charge on the bill

Whenever registration is obtained you have to charged GST on bill and in Composition you need to charge on the bill but pay specified percentage on Supply
