We are in SEZ) (ITITS) Unit we are placing to place order for tool cost 75 lac we are doing the payment from SEZ unit and shifting the tools to Non SEZ unit which is manufacturing unit, we can avail excise benefit or not this is not excise unit shifting unit is excise unit.

29 August 2016 Please note that DTA sale is allowed on payment of full customs duties as applicable on imported goods. Therefore, the question of you getting excise rebate does not arise.
