04 July 2015 WE ARE MANUFACTURING THE MINK BLANKETS BY PURCHASING OF YARN FROM OUTSIDE DEALERS . SO CAN WE ARE LIABLE TO PAY EXCISE DUTY OR NOT.IF NOT ANY NOTIFICATION REGARDING THAT.
